Introducing Chef Richard, our newest team member at Lord Somers Camp. He is a knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic addition to the campsite kitchen bringing with him some extensive experience.
He has worked for 10 years in Melbourne hotels and restaurants, 12 years teaching with the Australian Defence Force and 10 years working in London. He operates his own catering, markets and private functions business and is very much into fresh healthy food and experimenting with food trends and different cultural ingredients.
Richard is greatly looking forward to working alongside the Somers team, serving up tasty meals for school groups and meeting the members.
