Are you a passionate member of LSC&PH? Are you keen to develop your leadership, communication, organisational and operational skills all whilst gaining an understanding of the inner workings of our programs and activities? Here’s your chance to become a PandA Coordinator and Youth Observer!

Who we’re looking for:

  • Passionate individuals aged 18-30 with a keen interest in our programs and activities and volunteering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a desire to learn.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, Forms.
  • Diversity of thought and fresh perspectives are highly valued.
  • Keen volunteers able to commit 5-10 hours per month.

What will you be doing?

This role is new, and there is no position description yet. The Chair of PandA would like to work with you to develop the role. But it is anticipated you will be:

  • Participating in PandA meetings
  • Helping the Chair of PandA prepare agendas and maintain key documents.
  • Coordinating PandA communications.

The fine print:

  • It’s important to note that whilst you will be consulted and encouraged to add to discussions you will not have voting rights at PandA.
  • This is an appointment for 2024.
  • Currently PandA meet every second Tuesday of the month for approximately two hours via Teams meeting, or in person at Albert Park.
