Quarterly Connections Luncheon: at home! – Lord Somers Camp and Power House

Quarterly Connections Luncheon: at home!

This June we are unable to host our regular Quarterly Connections Luncheon, this event brings together Lord Somers Camp and Power House members and friends to reminisce about previous programs over lunch. Quarterly Connections give all members the opportunity to meet and enjoy some good food, good fun and good fellowship. In lieu of our regular luncheon, one of our program conveners John Waite prepared a short video to reflect on the years of good food, good fun and good fellowship.

To our regular attendees and luncheon first timers,

I do so hope you enjoy the wonderful Quarterly Connections Virtual Lunch presentation so beautifully organised by John Waite. John says he had great fun putting it all together but it seems to me it was a mammoth job and I would like to thank him publicly for all his hard work.  Going through all the photos since Quarterly Connections Luncheons began and trying to make sure every attendee was included was no mean task!!  John noted that not all attendees are included as a number were obviously camera shy thus no photographic record of them. So apologies to those of you who do not appear.  Make sure you smile at the camera next time!!

It is such a shame that we cannot be together on Wednesday but hopefully we will meet again over lunch at William Angliss in November.

We, the Committee, hope you are all keeping well and have found how innovative you can be over these challenging months.  We hope you have been keeping in touch with each other and have found much of the technology available useful.  It has been fun seeing many of you on Zoom especially those joining the Malvernvale lunches every second Tuesday.  If you haven’t joined us yet, give it a go!!

Take care everyone and enjoy the Quarterly Connections display.

Thanks again to John.
