In the constantly changing landscape of local sports clubs, and what clubs require to survive and succeed into the future, PHAFC have determined that now is an appropriate time to engage with some external parties to help understand its capabilities as a club and as individuals and assist PHAFC in pulling these together to drive the club forward into the future.
In gearing up for 2023 season, PHAFC has invited Brendan Mason from Same Page Cultures to join PHAFC as Leadership and Culture lead. Within this role Brendan will be playing a key role in helping PHAFC with defining its culture and values and supporting the leadership teams to help continue to build as a club.
