Victoria’s annual queer celebration of diversity and inclusivity, the Midsumma Pride March is coming up this weekend.
This wonderful event presents the opportunity to show your support for the LGBTQIA+ community and align with one of LSC&PH’s core values of inclusion.
Lord Somers Camp and Power House will be marching as part of Wave B. Marshalling for this wave is at 9.00am, so try to arrive on time.

Even if you just want to attend and cheer from the sidelines, volunteers and members are encouraged to grab a friend, head down to Fitzroy Street and get amongst this fantastic day of unity.
Over 8,000 marchers usually take to the streets, and at the conclusion of the march, attendees are led into Catani Gardens for celebrations and entertainment including DJs and live performances. The celebrations at the Cantani Gardens begins at 11:15 am and ends at 4 pm.
Stay hydrated, put on a colourful outfit (a Somers shirt perhaps), bring a mask and most importantly have fun!
