Camp Diversity is a fun weekend camp for young people living with intellectual and physical disabilities. Our enthusiastic volunteers run a jam-packed weekend of activities, new experiences and entertainment that aims to help participants build friendships, self-confidence and peer support networks.
The attendees:
Young adults between 16-35 years old, who are living with disabilities and are independent in their self-care or requiring only prompting assistance. Participants are supported by volunteers who do not necessarily have formal qualifications in the realm of disability support, however have attended the program many times.
